Amagi, a Bengaluru-headquartered adtech unicorn, made a subdued debut on the Indian stock exchanges on Tuesday, with its shares listing at a discount of nearly 12% to the issue price, reflecting cautious investor sentiment amid volatile market conditions and valuation concerns around new-age technology firms.
The company’s stock listed at ₹352 on the NSE, compared to its IPO issue price of ₹400 per share, while on the BSE it opened slightly lower at ₹349. Soon after listing, the stock witnessed mild buying interest, but remained under pressure through the early hours of trade, underperforming broader benchmark indices.
