Homegrown consumer electronics brand GoBoult is gearing up for its public market debut. The fast-growing direct-to-consumer (D2C) audio and wearable tech startup plans to file its draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) by October this year, with an eye on listing in the summer of 2027, according to people familiar with the matter.
Founded in 2017, GoBoult has carved a niche in India’s highly competitive audio accessories market, offering affordable earbuds, headphones, smartwatches, and charging solutions. Over the past few years, the company has scaled rapidly by leveraging online marketplaces, aggressive pricing, and a strong focus on product design tailored to Indian consumers.
